Payment Options
ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD
Payment for Master R's dungeon equipment, furniture, adult
toys and accessories can be made by credit card online through
PayPal. This is an easy
and secure way to make payments instantly with most major
credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
If you are placing your order to us using our shopping cart
feature, select "Credit Card via Pay Pal" as the
payment method during the CHECKOUT procedure (the payment
method selection box is located on the page where you fill
in your name, e-mail, and shipping address). Continue to follow
the checkout instructions. You will be asked to fill in your
credit card information prior to submitting your order. NOTE
that you do not need to set up a Pay Pal account to pay by
credit card, if your purchase is less than $1000.
If you are not using our automated shopping cart system to
place your order, but have contacted us directly by phone
or e-mail to confirm the total cost (including shipping) for
your order, you can still pay by credit card through Pay Pal.
Go to www.paypal.com
and follow the instructions on their web site to "Send
Money". (If you don't already a Pay Pal member account
you will be asked to set one up. This process takes only a
few minutes.) When Pay Pal asks you what e-mail address to
send money to, enter:
payment@masterrsdungeons.com.
Continue to follow the Pay Pal instructions to submit your
payment.
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
MASTER R's accepts payment by cheque or money order in CANADIAN
funds, made payable to “MASTER R’s.”
If you are placing your order using the shopping cart feature
on our web site, select "Cheque or Money Order"
as the payment method during the CHECKOUT process (the payment
method selection box is located on the page where you fill
in your name and shipping address). Continue to follow the
check out instructions. Once you have submitted your order,
you will receive an e-mail confirmation and invoice, with
your order number, listing the items you've requested, and
the total amount owing including shipping and applicable taxes.
You will then need to mail a cheque or money order for this
amount to:

Please include the Order Number from your invoice on your
cheque.
Please note that payment must be received and cleared by
our bank before your order is processed, or any custom-made
items are manufactured or shipped.
If you are placing a custom order with us, or do not wish
to use our automated shopping cart/checkout system to finalize
your order, please contact us by phone or e-mail to confirm
the total cost of your order - including shipping - prior
to mailing your payment.
Shipping Options
We offer a variety of ways to ship your order to you, depending
on the size and weight of the order.
We ship within Canada, the United States, and internationally
via Canada Post and UPS (United Parcel Service). If you are
placing your order online through our web site, you can select
and compare prices of different shipping services and options
during checkout. We also offer an option to pick up your order
at Master R's, if you are near our Toronto location.
Items that are too heavy or too large to be shipped by Canada
Post or UPS will be shipped by an alternative freight carrier.
For U.S. and international shipments, please note that any
additional customs duties or charges are the responsibility
of the client/importer.
We attempt to keep smaller items and accessories in stock
for quick shipping turn-around. However, please note that
many of our pieces are custom made to order - especially furniture
and larger equipment. Upon receipt of your order or inquiry
we may contact you to discuss projected delivery dates, and
options.
