We ship our items in plain packaging and try to be as discreet
as possible in any description of contents required by our
shipping carriers and/or by customs.
From time to time, we may send out e-mail notices to our
clients to update them about news relating to our business.
These notices are infrequent, and we will immediately remove
any customer from this contact list upon their request.
Please note that any information that you provide to Pay
Pal, or other secure payment providers, falls under your agreement
with that payment provider and is subject to their privacy
and security policies.
Pricing
All prices and shipping fees are calculated and are payable
in Canadian dollars. Any other currency conversions listed
on this web site (e.g. US dollars or Euros) are offered as
comparisons only, for the convenience of our customers. Purchases
within Canada are subject to applicable Canadian taxes.
Please note that product details, prices and shipping rates
are subject to change without notice.
We strive to offer the highest quality products available
anywhere on the market, at prices that are competitive with
products of comparable quality made by other suppliers. If
you find a product elsewhere that you think is of identical
quality to ours at a substantially lower price, we'd like
to know about it.
Shipping
Provided that an item is not out of stock, our commitment
is to ship it to you within two business days of receipt and
clearance of your payment. Our standard method of shipping
is by Canada Post expedited parcel, or by UPS "Standard"
service - both of which take approximately one week for delivery
to most major cities within Canada and the U.S.A. Out-of-stock
and made-to-order items will take longer. It is our policy
to contact you promptly upon receipt of your order if there
is an anticipated delay in the delivery of your order. Please
note that delays at customs or delays caused by the shipping
carrier are beyond our control.
Quality Guarantee
At Master R's we stand behind the quality of our work. The
products that we manufacture are guaranteed against defective
materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date
of purchase. If a product breaks under normal usage within
this period, due to defective materials or workmanship, we
will undertake to fix or replace the item. Please note that
we are not responsible for replacing or repairing items that
are damaged due to what we deem to be, in our discretion,
improper use or excessive force. The cost of shipping a defective
item to us for repair or replacement is the responsibility
of the customer. Repaired items or replacement items will
be shipped to the customer at our expense.
